Data processing is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Prompts and responses are temporarily retained by Google for up to 55 days for safety and quality purposes.
  • Analytics and Monitoring — Langfuse GmbH, Gethsemanestr. 4, 10437 Berlin, Germany: AI interaction logging and quality monitoring. Receives conversation inputs and AI-generated outputs for performance oversight.

When we transfer personal data outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), adequacy decisions, binding corporate rules, and additional technical and organizational measures as required.

7.3 U.S. Data Transfers. Some of our service providers, including Stripe, Inc., are based in the United States. We ensure that transfers to the U.S. are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and additional security measures.

8. Data Retention

8.1 Retention Periods. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • AI Conversation Logs (Langfuse): Retained for 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted or anonymized.
  • AI Prompts and Responses (Google AI Studio): Retained by Google for up to 55 days in accordance with Google's data retention policies.

8.2 Specific Retention Periods:

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after account deletion, except as described below
  • User Content: Retained while your account is active; may be anonymized or deleted upon account deletion
  • AI Training Data: Once anonymized and aggregated, may be retained indefinitely for model improvement
  • Transaction Records: Retained for at least 7 years to comply with accounting and tax obligations

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing your request. 10. Data Security

10.2 Payment Security. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified service provider. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.

10.3 Limitations. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

10.4 Data Breach Notification. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users without undue delay and notify relevant supervisory authorities within 72 hours where required by law.

11. Children's Privacy

11.1 Age Restrictions. The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.

11.2 Parental Consent. Users between 13–17 years of age (or 16–17 in the EU/EEA) may only use the App with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

11.3 Verification. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.

12. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Decision-Making

12.1 Use of AI. Our App uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate personalized insights and recommendations, provide AI-powered coaching and conversational features, analyze personality traits and compatibility, create customized content based on your inputs and interactions, and improve the quality and relevance of our Services.

The AI coaching feature ("Lumi") is powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash via Google AI Studio, operated by Google LLC. Data processing is subject to Google's Terms of Service. Prompts and responses submitted through this service are temporarily retained by Google for up to 55 days for safety and quality monitoring purposes. Conversation interactions are also logged by Langfuse GmbH (Berlin, Germany) for quality monitoring and performance analytics purposes.

12.2 AI Training. We use your interactions, responses, and feedback to train and improve our AI models. This processing helps us:

  • Enhance the accuracy of AI-generated insights
  • Develop better personalization algorithms
  • Improve natural language understanding and generation
  • Create more relevant recommendations

Your data used for AI training is typically anonymized and aggregated to protect your privacy.

12.3 Lumi AI Coaching Feature

When you use the AI coaching feature, the following personal data is transmitted to Google Gemini with each message:

  • Name, date of birth, place of birth, gender — Recipient: Google Gemini / Vertex AI
  • Personality type, type description, wings, instinct — Recipient: Google Gemini / Vertex AI
  • Gates and powers with descriptions — Recipient: Google Gemini / Vertex AI
  • Mood score and mood comment — Recipient: Google Gemini / Vertex AI
  • Ritual and lesson data — Recipient: Google Gemini / Vertex AI
  • Conversation history (up to 50 most recent messages) — Recipient: Google Gemini / Vertex AI
  • All of the above + AI-generated responses — Recipient: Langfuse (logging)

This data is transmitted solely to generate personalised coaching responses within the Lumi feature. The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), obtained before your first use of the AI coaching feature.

You may withdraw consent at any time by sending us an email to [email protected], in which case we will disable the AI coaching feature. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Before your first interaction with the Lumi AI coach, you will be asked to review and consent to the data sharing described above. If you do not consent, the AI coaching feature will not be available, but all other App features remain fully accessible.

By default, data processed via Google Cloud Vertex AI is not used by Google to train its general AI models. Anonymised and aggregated data may be used internally by Playada Software Limited to improve the quality and relevance of AI-generated content within the App.

12.4 Transparency and Explanation. We strive to make our AI systems transparent and explainable. If you have questions about how our AI generates specific insights or recommendations, you may contact us at [email protected].

12.5 Automated Decision-Making. While we use AI to generate insights and recommendations, we do not make fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. You retain complete control over whether to accept or follow AI-generated recommendations and how to interpret and apply insights.

13. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
